Custom 7" Ink Colors
There are over 870 PMS colors available, however we have chosen our most frequently asked for colors for our Custom "7" program. When choosing an ink color you should consider the following to get the best results:
Red and yellow inks are difficult to match on dark colors of vinyl or poly.
PMS ink colors are meant for offset printing on white paper. They should only be used as a guideline in choosing screen printing colors. A perfect match is difficult to obtain.
Metallic inks cannot bleed into any heat-sealed areas.
Polyethylene Binder Colors
All colors shown are available in .023, .035, and .055 gauges.
White, par blue, blue, red, bright yellow, brown, and black available in .075 gauge also.
Mylar® Colors
Choice of clear and 16 colors of mylar® reinforcing for tab extension. Mylar is a registered trademark of the Dupont corporation.
